We use the Sponsorwise online submission system to objectively evaluate each and every sponsorship, advertising and promotional opportunity submitted. It's our way of managing the review process of all submitted proposals and requests. It's a user-friendly system that provides organizations, properties and individuals a step-by-step process for submitting proposals.

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010

No Forced Labor

Link Snacks, Inc. Requires that all suppliers must not use forced labor, whether indentured, bonded, prison or obtained through slavery and human trafficking, including forced child labor.

Link Snacks, Inc is certifying that we are in compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.

Link Snacks is dedicated to conducting business in a lawful and ethical manner; it is our expectation that our suppliers also conduct themselves in such a manner. Please be advised that we comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries in which we are doing business and also may require that our direct suppliers certify that they comply with such laws as well, when appropriate. Specifically, we have purchasing agreements or purchase order terms and conditions in place with our direct suppliers requiring them to comply with the laws of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Link Snacks has supply agreements, quality agreements and/or purchase order terms and conditions with all of its significant suppliers. These contracts may include certification and agreement to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the supply of the service or material.

Link Snacks routinely hold on site inspections of our suppliers facilities, both foreign and domestic, and often with suppliers further down the supply chain.  Any indication of unethical practices is immediately addressed and failure to comply with these ethical standards can result in termination of business with that supplier.

Link Snacks expects to expand this assessment to obtain additional information about these vendors' activities related to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, as needed, including, where appropriate, preliminary risk assessment and supplier assessment questions, and later steps may take the form of requests for certification and/or audits. Initially, Link Snacks does not plan to utilize a third party for any verification or audit process.  Link Snacks also expects, as our business continues to grow and expand, to evaluate whether supplemental training and/or changes in accountability standards and procedures for employees and/or contractors are appropriate.
