Sensory Analysis Technician
Location: Minong, Wisconsin

The Sensory Analysis Technician is responsible for collecting and analyzing meat snack products in support of Jack Link’s Gold Standard commitment to quality. This analysis will be conducted through use of both qualitative and quantitative methods.

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science Degree 
• Minimum 1+ years of  working knowledge of analytical methodology (standard methods)

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical/problem solving skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies

Customer Service Specialist

Location: Minong, Wisconsin

The primary responsibilities of this position is to perform a wide variety of duties associated with fulfilling customer expectations, including but not limited to: order entry processing, management of varying pricing for a high number of customer accounts, researching answers to a wide variety of questions, responding to phone inquiries, tracing orders, and processing promotional worksheets in a geographic area or for a specific Class of Trade. General Laborer – positions located in Minong, WI
Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, #1 meat snack manufacture in the world, is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, motivated, and hard working people, to come join the our growing team.
Jack Link’s Beef Jerky in Minong, WI has multiple General Laborer positions available for all working shifts. Hours are plenty, and there is a great opportunity for growth within the company.

Job Qualifications

• Able to perform repetitive work
• Routine duties to inspect, load, handle material, and operate various machinery.
• Must be able to frequently work with average to heavy materials, up to 50 pounds, able to lift 30 pounds overhead and push carts up to 1000 pounds on wheels. 
• Requires the ability to grasp, use hands and wrists, with good hand/eye coordination.
• Requires the ability to move from 30-160°F environments.
• Requires ability to move at a steady pace, stand, and walk on hard or concrete surfaces
• Must be able to wear the necessary PPE and follow all safety and operational rules set forth by Link Snacks.

Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Minong, WI

This position will manage a team of Customer Service Specialists (CSSs) to deliver superior customer service to Link Snack’s internal and external customers.  Drives change and contributes to continuous improvement of customer service policies and procedures.  Also acts as a liaison between customer service and other departments to ensure the best customer experience.  Trains and develops a team of CSSs through goal setting, coaching, training, tactical direction, sharing company information, and executing department plans to achieve key factor measurements established by Customer Service Manager.

• 5+ years of successful customer service experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Senior Buyer

Location: Minong, Wisconsin

The primary purpose of this position is to secure adequate supplies of production inputs, production equipment and supplies, sales displays, office equipment and supplies, and related materials, in a proficient and professional manner.  The Senior Buyer assists in educating other buyers and is often required to handle the more difficult and/or strategic suppliers for Jack Link Beef Jerky products.  The Senior Buyer may be required to handle difficult negotiations and to cover responsibilities of Director of Corporate Purchasing when the Director is away from the office.

Retail Account Manager

Location: Anchorage, AK

Manage retail accounts in Anchorage, AK to ensure product is ‘front and center’ on appropriate display units to maximize sales of JLBJ.  RAM’s will be responsible for the selling in of product, implementation of required store sets, resets, distributor/wholesaler work-with’s and Mass Merchandising requirements as communicated by their ARM.
