WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Login in the navigation bar and logging in. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within thirty minutes of placement, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT ORDER STATUSES MEAN?

1) Processing: Your online order has been received and we’re preparing it for shipment.
2) Shipped: Your online order has left our facility and is on its way to your shipping location.
3) Refunded: We have successfully refunded your money.

Our recurring subscription service allows you to get your favorite Jack Link’s products automatically shipped to you each month, with 15% off and free standard ground shipping* every time! Minimum $10 for subscription orders required.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNACK SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ONE-TIME ORDERS?

Monthly snack subscriptions are automatic monthly shipments (set it and forget it). One-time orders are manual single purchases (one and done). Oh, and monthly meat subscriptions get you 15% off and free standard ground shipping* every month ($10 minimum for subscription orders. The minimum subscription order is based on the total dollar value of subscription items only. It does not include one-time order items). This is not the case with one-time orders.

WHEN DO SNACK SUBSCRIPTIONS CHARGE AND SHIP?

Snack subscriptions charge and ship around the same time each month, starting on the date you create the subscription and lasting until canceled by you. Just set it and forget it (or tweak it along the way—your call).

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. You can add or subtract items, or cancel, at any time throughout your subscription; however, any adjustments made after your monthly subscription has already processed will be reflected in the next month’s shipment (and beyond).

Rest assured, we’ll send a notification email in advance every month, giving you plenty of time to make any necessary changes. We want this to be effortless, but we want you to get exactly what you need too!

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Jack Link’s offers the following shipping methods:
● Standard (5-7† business days)
● 2nd Day (2† business days)
● Next Day (1† business day)

†Orders placed after 10 a.m. CT will begin processing next business day.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. All “delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2–5 business days. 2nd Day and Next Day shipping options are not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from all free shipping promotions.

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Shipping:
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5-7 business days, depending on delivery location. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping and are excluded from free shipping promotions.

2nd Day Shipping: 
2nd Day shipping is only available on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. 2nd Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 10 a.m. CT on a business day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 10 a.m. CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). This method is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Shipping:
Next Day delivery is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed the same day if they are placed by 10 a.m. CT on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. CT on a business day or on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). This method is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

WHAT PRODUCTS DOES JACK LINK'S MAKE?

How much time do you have? Kidding. We produce high-quality, great-tasting meat snacks made from lean cuts of 100% beef, turkey, chicken or pork, with flavors ranging from savory to sweet to spicy and everything in between. Visit the shop section of our site to see the full bounty.

WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND JACK LINK'S PRODUCTS?

Jack Link's meat snacks are available in grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores, large retailers and select home improvement and sporting goods stores nationwide. While we have a wide variety of products available in our online store, not all retailers carry the entire product line. That would be impossible.

So, if there’s a store that carries our products, but not the particular variety you’re looking for, be a squeaky wheel. Speak with a manager and ask if they’d consider carrying the Jack Link’s snacks you’re craving.

WHERE DOES YOUR MEAT COME FROM?

We partner with USDA-approved vendors to source the finest cuts of beef, pork, chicken and turkey that meet Jack Link's high standards for product quality and food safety. You can find a complete listing on their website.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HALAL OR KOSHER?

Halal and Kosher certification is product/ingredient-specific and can vary depending on the location of the product/ingredient source. For products sold in the United States and Canada, the products are not certified Halal or Kosher. Outside the United States and Canada, the best way to find if a Jack Link's product is Halal or Kosher is to check the back of the package. 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

The majority of our products sold in the United States and Canada are packaged in one of our five upper-Midwest facilities: Alpena, South Dakota; Bellevue, Nebraska; Mankato, Minnesota; Minong, Wisconsin; New Glarus, Wisconsin.

We also sell products manufactured and packaged in our facilities in New Zealand.

DO YOU ONLY MAKE MEAT PRODUCTS?

Nope. Thanks for asking. Check out our Wild Side merchandise store for some fun vegetarian options like t-shirts, hats and fine china.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR NUTRITIONAL INFO?

Nutritional information can always be found on the back of each product package. For products sold on JackLinks.com, you can find nutritional information on our Nutrition Facts page. If the product you’re looking for is not shown on our site, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to help you.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

All of the products that are gluten-free are clearly marked with a designation on the package. Our products labeled as "gluten-free" undergo ingredient review , special production procedures and safeguards to ensure compliance. 

IS THERE MSG IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

MSG is a flavor enhancer that is used in some products to give it a more savory, mouth-watering flavor. All of our products that contain monosodium glutamate (MSG) are clearly labeled, as required by law. MSG is not allowed to be listed under "flavorings" or "spices" so it will always be clearly listed as "monosodium glutamate" on the label. No punches; pure transparency!

ARE THERE NITRITES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We acknowledge consumer preferences for no artificial sources of nitrites, such as sodium nitrite, and have spent the last decade replacing them with natural forms such as celery juice. Nitrites and their natural plant-based alternatives are added for several reasons. They help with flavor development and color retention when added to cured meats. But, the most important reason is food safety. Nitrites are an effective component in preventing the growth of bacteria that cause food borne illnesses. 

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE LABELED ON THE PACKAGE?

Our products are labeled in compliance with government regulations. We recognize the eight major allergens - eggs, fish, crustacean/shellfish, milk, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat - and they will be listed in the ingredient statement found on the package label. The best way to obtain allergen information is to check the ingredient statement on the package before consuming the product. 

Food safety

WHAT DOES THE "BEST BY DATE" MEAN?

The best by date printed on our packaging is the date we know the product will still be as fresh as the day it was packaged. We cannot guarantee the optimal quality of any of our products after the best by date (or more than three days after the package is opened). Simply put, we don’t recommend consuming any product after the date listed on the package.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE REFRIGERATED OR FROZEN?

If the package has not been opened, Jack Link's products will remain fresh without refrigeration. Once the package has been opened, be sure to refrigerate or eat within three days.

We advise against freezing the meat snacks as they won’t provide an optimal snacking experience. Sure, they’re still perfectly fit for consumption, but their texture and taste can change (rarely for the better).

WHAT’S THE SMALL WHITE PACKET IN MY JERKY BAG?

It’s not a prize or a bonus snack. The small white package that is clearly labeled "Do Not Eat" is an FDA-approved oxygen absorber that helps to preserve freshness.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JERKY HAS MOLDED?

Each bag that leaves our facilities is checked by our quality team and stamped with our Jack Link’s Guarantee seal. If the jerky is somehow exposed to oxygen throughout the transportation or shelving process, it could result in mold.
